NORTH WEST REGION CROSS BORDER GROUP The North West Region Cross Border Group comprises the five Councils of Derry, Donegal, Limavady, Strabane and Magherafelt and represents a population in excess of 330,000 constituents. There are a total of 22 elected members representing it’s member Councils – six from Donegal and four each from Derry, Limavady, Magherafelt and Strabane.
